Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver
Location: West Drayton UB7
Hourly Pay rate: £12.50 or £14.00 PAYE
Job: Temp to Perm
Schedule: Fully flexible, 24/7 operations, Mon-Sun (at least 5 days a week), Various Start Times

Staffing Match are recruiting for a leading provider of global directline logistics solutions for cross-border E-commerce sellers. The client is specialize in E-commerce parcel delivery, offering the best services to ensure our clients' success in the global market.

Your responsibilities as a FLT Driver:

• Operate a Forklift Truck (FLT) with a counterbalance B2 Category license safely and efficiently.
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including picking, packing, and loading/unloading goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
• Work in a fully flexible schedule to support our 24/7 operations, including weekends.

FLT Driver - Qualifications Required:

• Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) counterbalance license B2 category.
• Previous experience as an FLT driver is preferred.
• Willingness to support warehouse activities as required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and various start times.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Staffing Match Security Checks:

In line with CAA regulations, you will be required to undergo the following prior to commencing work:

• Basic UK criminal record check
• An overseas criminal record check will be required for any period of over 6 months in countries outside the UK
• Full 5-year history*
• 5-year address history
• If the role requires airside access additional checks and security interviews will be conducted

*Staffing Match will obtain all references, you do NOT need to have been working for the whole 5 years, it can also include unemployment / travelling / education periods etc we just need proof of your background for the past 5 years.
