There are a number of screening exercises that Staffing Match will undertake before putting a permanent candidate forward to our clients.
This includes a comprehensive review of candidate application, telephone interview, candidate expectations and objectives feedback, pre-screening, competency interviewing and personality profiling (if required).
Staffing Match has a dedicated team of CV resourcers who search for suitable candidates for clients. The team is remotely based throughout the UK so there are no restrictions in the areas they can cover. They match CV’s through direct sourcing and through candidate fit, and then they assess, shortlist, and prepare the candidates for an interview.
The team are highly creative in there sourcing techniques and consider a number of direct sources, are pro-active in manipulating sales leads, as well as being talent experts within their specified business areas, attracting external and internal talent against the criteria of their client.

Staffing Match will contact both our clients and the candidate on the first day of employment, at the end of the first week and thereafter during weeks 3, 7 and 11 to make sure that both are happy.
