As Engineering Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

✅ Initiate projects by conducting feasibility checks and outlining budgets, teams, and resources.

✅ Plan and organise project goals, roles, schedules, and timelines to meet client needs.

✅ Lead and motivate project teams, both internal and external stakeholders.

✅ Manage projects effectively, ensuring coordination, adherence to budgets, and on-time delivery.

✅ Monitor project progress and implement necessary changes throughout the process.

✅ Identify and manage risks to ensure timely project delivery.

✅ Keep clients informed of milestone timelines and facilitate payment processes.

✅ Report regularly to management and clients on project status.

✅ Close projects by evaluating successes and challenges for continuous improvement.

To be successful in the position of Engineering Project Manager, you will possess the following skills and experience:
