Counterbalance FLT Driver
Location: Milton Keynes
Pay Rate: £13.65 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Staffing Match is a leading provider of logistics and distribution solutions, partnering with some of the UK's best-known brands. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver to join our client's warehouse team based in Milton Keynes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled FLT driver looking for long-term, stable employment with potential for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities as Counterbalance FLT Driver:

• Operate counterbalance forklift truck to move stock and materials safely around the warehouse.

• Load and unload goods from vehicles and storage areas.

• Perform daily equipment checks and report any defects.

• Follow all health & safety procedures and site rules.

• Assist with other warehouse duties when required.

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).

• Previous experience operating a counterbalance FLT in a warehouse environment.

• Good level of English - both written and spoken.

• A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.

• Ability to work full-time on the stated shift pattern.
