We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Transport Admin Clerk to join our team. As a Transport Admin Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our transport and logistics department.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:
- Driver Debrief: Conducting debrief sessions with drivers to gather feedback and relevant information.
- Box and Vehicle Allocation: Managing the allocation of boxes and vehicles to optimize transportation.
- 121 Sheet Preparation: Preparing essential documentation for transportation activities.
- Run Reports: Generating and maintaining reports related to transportation operations.
- Support Supervisors and Shift Managers: Assisting supervisors and shift managers with various tasks as needed.
- Ambulance Consumables: Managing and maintaining supplies of ambulance consumables.
- Payroll Queries and Resolution: Assisting in resolving payroll-related queries and issues.
- Op's 13 Compliance: Ensuring compliance with operational procedures and regulations.
- PD Boards Updates: Updating and maintaining performance development boards.
- Communication Boards Updates: Updating communication boards to ensure efficient information dissemination.
- Site Defect Control: Monitoring and addressing site defects to maintain safety and efficiency.
- General Filing: Organizing and maintaining documents in an orderly manner.
- Asset Register: Keeping track of and updating the asset register.
- Filing of Defects and Service Sheets: Managing defect and service sheet documentation.
- General Administration Duties: Undertaking various administrative tasks to support the department.
- Data Gathering and Reporting: Collecting data and preparing reports for analysis.
- Notetaking During Meetings: Recording meeting discussions and important information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software and applications.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (CRC Check) check is required for this position.
