This role is crucial in ensuring that our workforce is effectively managed to meet the demands of our fast-paced, luxury catering environment. You will be responsible for leading a team of workforce management professionals, ensuring the optimal allocation of staff resources, and maintaining seamless operations in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities as a Workforce Management Team Lead:
- Lead and manage the workforce management team, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement staffing strategies to optimize workforce allocation.
- Monitor and analyze workforce data to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with department managers to align staffing with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with workforce policies and regulations.
- Use workforce management systems to forecast, schedule, and track workforce performance.
- Provide coaching and support to workforce management professionals.
Requirements for the Role:
