Dynamic duo Salman Iftekhar and Michael Gadsby, Directors of Staffing Match, launched the company in 2014. In under three years, the company has gone from strength to strength, with phenomenal growth in revenue, site locations and an impressive ever-growing client list.
Salman and Michael are unstoppable with their charismatic and personal approach to conducting business and cannibalising those larger agencies who follow the traditional client – supplier relationship.

Michael Gadsby, Co-Founder and Director states:
“Staffing Match has seen impressive growth in recent years, currently sitting at a £23 million revenue, with strong financial forecast to achieve £45 million in year 4 and £55 million in year 5. Much of the expansion is as a result of high demand for temporary workforces, and the business is now looking to stabilise growth by welcoming industry experts into the team”.

We have also employed an Operations Director, Mark Cooksey, who will work very closely with our teams to ensure we are running a seamless journey for our clients.
